As found in the kitchen at a Cinco de Mayo party.
We followed the recipe posted on the wall, throwing in a few half-frozen mango slices that were sitting near the blender.
The margarita turned out really thick– more like a sherbet. (Sam’s conclusion: too much ice, not enough tequila.) But it was good. You just have to be patient and let it melt a little.
Or use a spoon.
